Dr. Roland Salchow

Dr. Roland Salchow is the Head of the "Marine Section - Co-ordinating and Planning" at the German Federal Maritime Hydrographic Agency (BSH); Director and Professor as well as Chairman of the International Committee for Assessment and Monitoring (ASMO) for the Northeast Atlantic and the North Sea. Dr. Danilo C. Israel

Dr. Danilo C. Israel is Research Fellow at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), a government thinktank. Before joining PIDS, he served as head of the economics and policy research sections of the Philippine Rice Research Institute and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Research Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). Dr. Israel holds an M.A. in International Economics degree from the University of the Philippines and a Ph.D. in Resource Economics degree from Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. He was also a recipient of a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
